Entry Rules:

The following rules apply to entries in the
St. John’s Weight Loss Challenge Giveaway:

1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Entries must be received by Monday, March 22, 2010,  to qualify for the giveaway.
3. Winner will be notified in April of 2010.
4. Give-away is limited to workplaces within a 60 mile radius of Springfield, Missouri.
5. Entrants are entitled to one Weight Loss Challenge for a maximum of 50 employees at their workplace. St. John's will work with the entrant and the appropriate leaders at the worksite to determine parameters and timeframe. The weight loss challenge will not extend beyond the approved 3 month period. Receipt of giveaway is subject to final approval of worksite leadership..
6. St. John's reserves the right to publicize the winner's name, employer, and photo for promotional purposes.
7. St. John’s reserves the right to share aggregate weight loss results for the group and the names of winners in each category with the employer for the purpose of promotion and prize award/distribution.
8. The winning organization agrees to provide all incentives prizes for participants/winners.
9. Employees of St. John's Health System, Mercy Health Plans, the Sisters of Mercy Health System and its affiliates; and direct competitors are excluded from this promotion.
