St. John’s Smoke-Free babies specifically targets the concerns and interests of pregnant women and their partners.

Course of Treatment:

An Initial one-on-one consultation with a trained smoking cessation counselor to develop an individualized plan of action. educational assistance with stress management techniques, exercise, relaxation, nutrition and follow-up with nurse educator as needed.

Quitting smoking is the VERY BEST thing you can do for you and your baby.
