Some patients and medical conditions do not respond well to conventional therapeutic approaches. Our Integrative Medicine team serves patients, physicians and other health professionals by answering questions and providing holistic approaches for optimal health and healing.

Focusing upon each patient's unique needs, we provide a non- invasive, high touch approach to optimize health. This approach is often much less costly than standard treatments, resulting in more cost-effective care and high patient satisfaction.

Integrative Medicine is based upon four core principles:

  • Emphasis on the whole person including body, mind and spirit.
  • Patient and practitioner are partners in the healing process.
  • Lifestyle behaviors critically influence health outcomes
  • Effective interventions, that are natural and less invasive, utilized whenever possible and appropriate.

"I had a diagnosis of colonic inertia and the recommendation was removal of my colon from two different doctors. At Integrative Medicine, I learned different techniques, strategies and botanical medicines to use. My health has improved and I am no longer looking at the removal of my colon.  I really felt like Integrative Medicine personnel listened to what I had to say and included me as part of the treatment team.  My quality of life has greatly improved as I used to be completely bedridden on the weekends due to pain and lack of energy.  I have now been able to resume my normal activities.
